Targeted Personal Development
Use OmniLearn® as a follow-up for your organization's existing assessment processes, such as popular
multi-rater or 360° feedback (or use the online assessment alternative). The results of the assessment
are translated into a curriculum of OmniLearn® courses. The participants then receive a 2-minute
mini-lesson followed by Guided Practice Activities via email (or chosen alternative device).
Supervisory Training
Use OmniLearn® to deliver a pre-selected curriculum for supervisors. This approach can be used either
as a stand-alone program or a follow-up to an existing supervisory training program. The organization
selects 5 to 10 basic leadership skills that directly correlate to success for supervisory level
employees. Using a pre-determined sequence, the supervisors can then proceed on a self-paced basis or
in conjunction with participation in an existing training program. The organization will receive
ongoing progress reports.
Performance Management
Targeted interventions to improve performance are easily developed by using the OmniLearn® system. This
option allows organizations to address specific performance issues. Individual participants are given a
curriculum focusing on up to 3 areas that need improvement. Employees are then required to complete
these lessons within a specific time span agreed to in the Performance Management process. The OmniTest™
process provides precise progress-improvement feedback to employees and employer.
Customized Applications
Use the OmniLearn® system to deliver an effective company-wide, stand-alone training program such as
customer-service training, employee orientation, software training or compliance programs. In addition,
OmniLearn® can also be used to follow-up or reinforce any existing company-wide program. In this case,
the OmniLearn® staff will work in close conjunction with the organization to develop curriculum and
customize specialized content. Virtually any subject matter can be adapted to the OmniLearn® system.
These courses will then be delivered in the same effective and affordable manner as standard OmniLearn®
course offerings.
Corporate Training Support
Our multi-level implementation process simplifies integration of our learning system into virtually any
existing training program. The OmniLearn® system supports existing training programs by providing guided
practice and follow-up. We offer an inexpensive, effective alternative to multi-rater assessment, and
offer a convenient, effective and affordable stand-alone alternative to complex, high-demand e-learning
solutions.
