Assessment is critical to maintaining focus on learning requirements and ensuring learner mastery. OmniLearn’s^® Performance Assessment Suite brings performance management applications directly to the corporate desktop.

360º Feedback

Our unique, full 360° transcends the traditional assessment tools. Using a simple online delivery platform, it provides detailed results and specific feedback from raters who hold a variety of relationships with the learner. As in traditional 360° assessments, the learner receives scores by rater group in all competency areas. Additionally, feedback on the workplace impacts of strengths as well as challenge areas are noted, recommendations for targeted resources are made and a tailored, developmental curriculum path is generated. Unlike most 360° assessments, this tool is truly part of an integrated development process rather than an assessment event. It has been transformed from an event to a significant driver in a complete, performance-management platform.

Performance Snapshots

OmniLearn’s^® Performance Snapshotting tool is a true Level 3 assessment that allows you to quickly and precisely assess the impact of learning on performance. By asking questions that target observable behavior of raters who work closely with the learner, the snapshot provides an accurate view of the learner’s current capabilities. By taking your performance snapshot and calculating the value of the improved performance, this tool offers an online path to calculating return on investment (ROI).

Pre-Assessment

OmniLearn’s^® pre-assessment tools allow you to determine placement or to provide focused learning prior to a learning event. This tool also allows learners to personally assess their capabilities and determine an appropriate and individualized learning path.

Interim assessments

Interim assessments are integrated with OmniLearn’s^® courses to ensure that learners are able to apply knowledge and skills learned in training. These assessments also allow companies to provide focused remediation when key concepts are not yet mastered. During assessment, additional opportunities for practice will automatically be delivered to anyone displaying challenge areas.

Mastery Assessment

OmniLearn’s^® Mastery Assessment tool ensures that learners have achieved mastery of targeted skills and behaviors. This tool can be used in certification programs and allows learners to print a certificate of mastery when they pass their mastery test.
